Energy efficiency improvement program
Thanks to key methodology involving the stakeholders and using advanced analytics tools, the energy efficiency of a major industrial group has improved of about 12% within 3 years, saving on a recurrent basis more than 3 millions Euro per year.
ISO 50 001 Energy management
Within a year, implementation of all requirements to fullfill ISO 50001 certification, Energy Management system, for two industrial sites in Belgium (W & VL).

Sulfuric acid plant start up
Without any injury, a 1000 MTPD plant including a heat recovery system with self designed boiler has been started.
Maintenance - SAP PM implementation
Starting from an "AS-IS" - "TO-BE" audit, a complete CMMS structure has been successfully implemented in a SAP PM MM modules for covering maintenance activities for 3 european industrial sites. Technical perimeters incudes more than 1000 functional locations, 100 000 spare parts references and more than 200 internal technical positions.
